About Us

Hugin & Munin Publishing is an independent publishing initiative built on a long-standing engagement with literature. Books have always been a central part of our lives, both as readers and through work connected to texts, ideas, and communication.

The decision to establish a publishing house grew gradually out of this background. What was once a long-standing idea has become a concrete project, supported by a landscape in which publishing, distribution, and access to readers have fundamentally changed.

Our aim is to publish fiction and non-fiction that reward attention: imaginative works, enduring classics, and texts that explore the natural world with clarity and depth. We are particularly interested in bringing forward works that may have been overlooked, underappreciated, or not yet fully discovered.

Alongside publishing, we maintain a news and blog where we write about literature, authors, and related themes.
